Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispie Treats. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Place the remaining fifteen dark chocolate pieces in small microwave-safe bowl.
In a microwave-safe cup or small bowl, heat dark cocoa candy melts with half of vegetable oil. In a large pot over medium-low heat melt the butter. Dip the top of each treat into the chocolate so the tops are completely coated in chocolate, and even and smooth.
Slice the rice krispie treats - After the treats are cooled, pull the foil out of the pan.
Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large pot.
Let it sit in the pan to cool for a minute or two then use a spatula (dipped in a little water) or your hands to press into the pan. If you want to keep your chocolate on your dipped rice krispie treats from melting, then storing it in the fridge would be a good idea, especially if you live in a hot. Stir in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
