Apple Sour Cream Cake
Apple Sour Cream Cake. Take cake out of the fridge, pour sour cream topping over and smooth out the top. Peel and slice the apples, then mix up the cake batter.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Sour Cream Apple Cake is soft, tender, and loaded with apples and cinnamon. Mix together all ingredients except the apples.
Fold the sour cream through the mixture and then sift the flour and baking powder over.
With a sieve, sprinkle cinnamon topping all over the top of the apple cake.
Spread evenly in. directions In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder, and set aside. Put the eggs, sour cream, sugar and instant pudding in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
