Chocolate Sauce With Chocolate Chips. Continue to cook while stirring, until the chocolate chips have melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat, stir and let cool slightly.
Add the salt and the water and bring to a boil over medium-medium high heat. Add the chocolate pieces, callets, chips or whatever you're using (just don't add huge chunks or it won't melt quickly enough). Increase heat to medium-high until mixture comes to a simmer.
SERVE warm over ice cream or as fruit dipping sauce.
