Chocolate Souffle For Two. Using a double boiler or a bowl set over a pan with simmering water, melt the remaining butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Butter two large soufflé dishes. (I used small copper pots) Melt chocolate and butter in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth.
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, and whisk the egg whites to soft peak stage - the whites will almost stand up on the end of. Separate the Egg whites and Yolks. Fold in the egg whites to the chocolate mixture a little at a time.
Beat whites in a large bowl until they just hold soft peaks.
Using a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter and chocolate.
Whisk in the egg yolks, one at a time. In a large bowl, add egg yolk and warm water and beat until frothy. Mix the chocolate hazelnut spread into the bowl with the egg yolks.
