Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Balls
Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Balls. Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Serve with vanilla wafers, chocolate wafers, graham crackers, and/or pretzels.
Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Using a food processor, standing mixer or in a large mixing bowl, combine together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the cheese and butter then add in the remaining ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips.
Bring both the cream cheese and peanut butter to room temperature (to a stir-able consistency), then mix together with a spoon in a deep bowl, adding the powdered sugar gradually.
Gradually add in powdered and brown sugars; beat until combined. When ready to serve, form the mixture into a ball and roll ball in pecans (optional). Just before serving, roll cheese ball in.
