Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie. Use a rubber spatula to smooth out the top. Melt the baking chocolate in a medium sized bowl according to package directions for melting.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the peanut butter. Pour the melted butter over the top and stir with a fork to combine. Pour the cream on top of the chopped chocolate and whisk well to combine.
In a medium. bowl, whisk together milk and egg yolks until smooth.
Place the chopped milk chocolate in a heatproof medium bowl; set aside.
Top peanut butter cream pie with whipping cream. Whisk constantly over medium heat until custard. Place the hot fudge in a small ziplock baggie and cut one corner off.
