Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies. Cream butter and sugars. add in eggs and flavoring, mix well. In the smaller mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch, salt, and baking soda.
In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until smooth (about a minute). Spread a little cookie dough along the length of each piece. Add egg and yolk to the mixer.
Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients until completely combined.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Mix in all of your chocolate, butterscotch, and pretzels. Beat butter and sugars at medium speed with a heavy-duty electric stand mixer until creamy.
