Cassava Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies. In a small bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Evenly sprinkle over baking soda and salt, stir well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, coconut oil, flax egg, coconut sugar, almond milk, and vanilla. Stir in the egg yolks and applesauce.
Cream together the coconut oil and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, arrowroot starch, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk almond butter, maple and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cassava flour, baking soda, sea salt, and chocolate chips. Next, place the egg, bananas or applesauce, melted ghee or coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla into a small mixing bowl.
